B3F-5050 button and replaceable plunger

The specified switch is Omron B3F-5050. Its plunger has 3 mm captured free play: 1.5 mm up and 1.5 mm down relative to the guide. The switch actuator is the pressed travel stop. The base and installed inserts remain unchanged.

The bezel is screwed to the existing base holes with two DIN965A M2 × 6 mm countersunk screws and two M2 × 4 mm heat-set inserts. The screws alone hold the bezel to the base. The halves have their own seam locator/glue interface.

The replacement plunger printed cleanly and the button works.
